Very nice start.
Welcome to the world of Astrophotography.
Shooting images A focal can be rewarding.
When shooting the moon try using a moon filter of if your camera is adjustable in exposure time  take the fastest exposure you can.
In time with patience and practice things get better and you will be able to see a lot of detail in your Lunar images.

Thanks mark, have any tips on cheap astrophotography equipment, like on telescope planet uk ive seen this 1.25 adapter, that i belive plugs into your scope eyepice slot and then into your laptops usb port and then lets you take pictures with 300k pixel quality, its 70pounds so id think thatd be 140dollars?
Any good?

Luke.
If you want to image planets and the Moon and you have a Laptop computer  you can look into the LPI (lunar Planetary Imager) or the dsi 1 shot color imager.
For a beginner Id recommend the LPI for your telescope as its small and light weight and will give you some very nice Lunar images.
You could also decide to go with the DSI C 1 shot color imager that will allow you to do planets,Lunar and DSO imaging..

Regards

Mark.

PS  Meade is running specials on the DSI C 1 shot color imager right now.

thanks mark but i think its a litle to much out of my budget, and the meade cd (auto star suite) didnt work on my computer (the disk that came with my scope) and so im weary about meade software.

Would this be any good for me?
