Hi Everyone, thanks for the acceptance to join the forum.
I am UK based and own an LX850 12"SCT housed in a roll off roof obsy.
I am new to this forum but  to astronomy. I also use the name Baggywrinkle on other forums, for those unfamiliar with terms nautical it is a device made of teased cordage wrapped around standing rigging to prevent wear n tear in sales.
My main interests are lunar imaging but can be found delving into the darker arts of deep sky imaging when and if the skies over deepest darkest Norfolk ever clear.

Hi Baggywrinkle!

Welcome to the forum!  :)

I have not gotten into imaging, but I can certainly understand your fascination with the Moon.  I generally end up spending some time with it myself.

Sounds like you have a very nice rig and setup.  I look forward to reading your posts and viewing any of your images that you would care to share.

Best Regards,

Bill Steen
