Well, it's been a year since the Great American Eclipse of 2017 and I love to relive the experience.


Here's a few shots I made from Gladeville, TN.

Those are great shots!  I tried to take some with a little digital camera through the eyepiece from where I was in Nebraska.  I had a good partial or two, but my camera was fooled with the full eclipse.  What I could see visually, the four points where the corona sticks out were a little more exaggerated than your  second picture, but the in between part was darker than in your last one.  It reminded me somewhat of an angel in the sky. :)
