Finally got some clear skies last night.  Here's my feeble attempt at the Crab Nebula.

Meade 8" LX90

Meade wedge

Meade 6.3 focal reducer

Canon Rebel T5 DSLR

ISO 1600

45 second exposure

37 images stacked in Deep Sky Stacker

Image enhanced in Photoshop

Thanks Rick!  When I look at what others are doing my images seem pretty puny sometimes.  But then I have to remember that my scope is just an 8" (which seemed HUGE when I got it!) AND . . . I'm not using a $3000 camera AND . . . I have to set up and align at every session (which sometimes I get a great alignment and sometimes not so good!) AND . . . I have a new off-axis guider and camera that I have not had clear skies to learn how to use yet AND . . . I need to invest in some more accessories such as filters to bring out the detail in those deep space objects AND . . . because I have a day job I am an old fart I can't stay up too late and shoot unless I take vacation the next day or its a weekend.

And last but not least I have to remember I AM STILL HAVING A BLAST WITH ASTRONOMY!!!!! :D

Steve,
All in all I think you do pretty darn good, and I can relate to the part about being an old fart and can't stay up late on a work nights . As well I to share in your comment on HAVING A BLAST WITH ASTRONOMY. What God has created is spectacular!!!
Thank You for sharing your work.
