I just put a crayford focuser on my 10" LX90. Anyone know how to set the stock telescope focus knob when using an external focuser like this? All the way in or out?

I would put the crayford at half way out and then turn the stock focus until it comes to focus..That way the crayford will have focus adjustment on both sides(in and out) of focus..

Yes that works best. And when I swap from camera to eyepiece I need to 're-center' the Crayford focuser and then focus with the scope's focuser. Then I can fine tune focus with the Crayford.
Now if I could just figure out how to get the nice pictures Spiral gets.

Thanks.. I just use the Neximage5 and basically adjust gain, exposure set to auto, to get as close to 52fps as I can..1:00 to 1:30 exposure with the Y800 codec..Then use autostakkert and registax to adjust wavelets..Then final tweak in Photoscape..
