Good afternoon,

Have you ever hear of the Fermi Paradox? I have always like Astronomy in all of its forms and not only observation, I like to comprehend the universe and to day I will like to introduce the Fermi Paradox and discuss it.

Basically it enters the question; where is every one?

Given everything we know about the universe we should have already made some type of contact with a civilization out there, yet we haven't.

But this reveal something deeper than the simple question "where is everyone?", on the fermi paradox we may find our own destiny, a good resume will be:

1. We're rare; it is extremely rare that a species make it to our lever of evolution

2. We're the first; we are the first species to make it to this level

3. We're doom; something happen at one point of evolution that leads all intelligent life to extinction

If I did spark a light of interest on your mind, read this very good and more complete article about The Fermi Paradox:

The Fermi Paradox

What do you think about it?
