Telescope: 6” Meade LX80 @ f/10, Orion Atlas EQ-G

Camera: Baader Modified Canon Rebel 550D (T2i)

Filter: Astronomik Clear

Exposure: 2x(16x1/500sec), ISO 400 saved as RAW

Software: Backyard EOS, Nebulosity, Panorama Maker, Photoshop

 

This was a quickie two-panel mosaic of the moon captured during a brief break in the clouds.

 

Fun stuff.

Yes it looks like the 6 inch SCT does a very nice job.
