You will probably have to call Customer Support to find that out. I looked on www.meade.com in the store. With the old website, that was listed as something you could buy there. I do not see it in the new store, but there are other things that did not make it over unintentionally.

I called MEADE Support and Louis indicated that the SKY ASSURANCE program is no longer available. The only reason I was asking was because a third party was still offering it in their catalog. I also contacted and confirmed this with the third party. It looked like a good insurance policey.To bad its no longer available.

Today's market includes many options for extended warranty coverage for new product purchases, including plans via major credit card companies, homeowner's insurance and others. This availability dramatically reduced the need for Meade to offer the telescope specific warranty offering and it was subsequently discontinued.

I purchased a Sky Assurance Plan back 4/1/2013 for my LX90 ACF. I pulled my contract out from Meade on my Sky Assurance Plan and on page two Paragraph 6 it states that in the event the contract is cancelled by the purchaser the return premium shall be based upon 90 percent of the unearned pro rated premium less any claims. Since Meade cancelled this program/contract and I was not notified am I entitled to a refund?

I don't think they cancelled your contract. They just quit selling any more of them. But, you might call customer support and ask them. They would know for sure.
