I'm up to the point that I have taken several terestrial photo's and almost ready to take some sky images but I am still a little foggy abought how to set the tracking box and centroid. I am not using the software to control the telescope.

1. If I do not set a tracking box or centroid does Envisage still stack the photos? ( I have it set for "normal operation")

2. Can I set both a tracking box and a centroid?  How?

3. Will it stil stack if I manualy move the scope while taking images?

  Thanks; Don T.

Envisage will auto stack the images for you but if you dont select a star to stack on it will just be a smear if tracking is real bad.
To select a star draw a box around the star you want to stack on during capture or guide on.
By doing this it will pick up on the centroid and stack the images with stars lineing up in the final stack.

If you have any problems let me know.

Thanks; So far it has all been terestrial. I supose it would have made more sense if I was taking sky images. Thanks; Don
