I posted this in the lightbridge section but didn't get any help. Perhaps this is where I should have posted it. Sorry I'm pretty new to this forum.

I thought I answered this but I may have forgot to hit post.
With the move going on at Meade things may be a bit behind.
You may want to call them and check on their progress.
It cant hurt.

I have sent 2 emails and no replies. This is way past the 12-14 weeks they state for rebate processing.
I just send another email and if I dont get a reply, my next step is the Better Business Bureau!

Since they already have an "F" rating, perhaps the California Attorney General might also be interested.
I really -like- Meade's products, but numerous people have been asking about rebates,
and the office staff in Irvine hasn't -totally- disappeared.

Thanks for the tip about their BBB rating....the last time I had a rebate problem with a company, the BBB actually came through and got the situation resolved in about 3 days...so they actually work!

This is bordering on fraudulent behavior ...they keep promising to send the rebate....and it never happens. They just keep promising that accounting will get to it.
I will NEVER buy another Meade product ever!

They have called twice to tell me that the accounting department is about to send it....but it never arrives.
When I call again after 3 weeks...they say its still not been sent out.
This is unbelievable!
