I just received a new Solarmax 60 and it's has a small smudge on it. I don't plan on doing anything about it as I think it is insignifigant and will not affect the views. However, it did make me think about how to clean the etalon if it becomes overly dusty or pollen encrusted or someone's finger with KFC grease on it touches the etalon before I have the opportunity to cut that person's finger off. Any ideas?

Meade, amonst others, do telescope cleaning kits but I'd ask them directly first.
