For those in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, the Astronomy Club of Tulsa is working with the Planetarium at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum to host an outreach event, using the lunar eclipse as the main theme.  The event is being titled Dark Shadows II.  This is the second time the two entities have worked together on a lunar theme.

The starting time being told to the public is 06:30.  There will probably be around 20 or so telescopes present.  The Museum itself will not be open, but the planetarium will be.  There will be shows at 7:00, 7:45, and 8:30PM.  Tickets will be $3.00, half the normal price, for ages 4 and up.  Younger children can watch the show free as long as they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.

The end of the event is being called at 11:00 PM, due to this being on a school night.
